Easter Trading Hours at Fringe Bar
Come down and join us at the Fringe Bar on March 25th as we watch some of Brisbane’s finest Cocktail Bartenders and New Young Guns of the scene battle it out for the title of Liquid Art Champion.
It’s good old fashioned rivalry at its best, tasty cocktails, good company and fun to be had by all. If you want some more information as to what it’s all about, keep reading…
Entrants are to create a drink containing a minimum of 30ml Pimms No.1 and a maximum of 75ml total alcohol, and submit a cocktail that will dazzle the socks of us.
Finalists chosen to compete on the night have 5 minutes to mix 4 of their cocktails. Entrants to supply own glassware, mixers, garnishes and any other products other than that being showcased.
Winners are judged on Presentation, Barmanship, Originality, Taste & Balance and Time.
1st Prize: $350 Cash and a Pimms prize pack
2nd Prize: $200 Cash and a Pimms prize pack
3rd Prize: $100 Cash and a Pimms prize pack
So if this sounds like you, dust off your Bostons, drag out the liquors and get those creative juices flowing.
Entries close Monday 19th March. Entrants will be contacted by Wednesday 21st March. Finalists will be showing their cocktails from 8pm on Sunday 25th March. All cocktails will remain the intellectual property of the entrant.
